ERP

Hello and Good Morning to all. I'm Sanatan & Thank you very much to give me opportunity to talk on a subject ERP. Although you have vast experience in creating, developing ERP, I had little bit experience to use various ERP like JD Edwards, SAP or some cloud base Oracle, java base ERP throughout my entire curriculum activity in last 15 to 18 years. I want declare that I had experience in only that module where I worked, not entire ERP. Throughout my individual experience I like SAP most due to its universal command, ascetic part and overall positive end-user satisfaction. SAP has its own advantages as well as disadvantages like it is expensive so that now a days cloud storage Oracle or java base ERP are more famous due to its less expensive, user friendly, modification as requirement of end user.

What is ERP?

ERP means Enterprises resource planning. When any enterprise stand and groom, the most important work to differentiate of work load, automation, fast and accurate working methods to complete day today working to achieve targets, goals of organisation so that ERP is essential part in development of in any enterprises. An ERP software system allow for better performance, project management in every aspect of enterprises like plan, budget, predict and accurate reporting of enterprises growth, financial health in any small, Medium or large enterprises.

Types of ERP:

Anybody can differentiate ERP system as per it's working but as per my thoughts it will be described types as per it's installation, authorisation, maintenance, upgradation and on its data saving technique.

On premises ERP is installed and maintain on-site of company premises which have full access, ownership of ERP system once it implemented. Although in any problem or modification company have to manufacturers 

Cloud base ERP is web or internet base software. Although there is not much more difference but cloud base ERP developers always ready for support to organisation implemented cloud base ERP to solve problems, modification, trainings, update and flexible continuous online and off line support.

ERP benifits

ERP can be used in any industry to help business more efficient. It provide communication between internal or external dept, assistant day to day activity, manege project, track overall enterprises activity.

ERP systems are works on department wise module so each and every department work on same platform to gain, work on same data. Different department have have different mobile like accounting,  Human resources, manufacturing, stores, purchase, sales and marketing.
